These are all really great points! I think I do need to take a look at what meals some of you are fixing...maybe I would feel more satisfied!!!

Technically, I could eat a bite or two of some of the foods I like but honestly, no. Most of what and how I am used to eating cannot be fit into a calorie counting diet. As it is if I want to be able to eat anything late at night (I am up until 12-1am working) I basically can't eat breakfast. Im eating about a 300-350…

If it keeps going down...its going to be harder to stick too. Im trying to get down to 145. Started at 180..am now at 171 but eating only 1450 a day has been about ready to kill me. So is it going to keep just going down?

Do you normally start losing again at week 4? This is my first time dieting so I have no idea what to expect lol!

So I notice fitbit does a calorie adjustment (way lower than if I type my workout in to myfitnesspal) Do I still log it in to myfitnesspal though? Or is that doubling things since fitbit is also putting in an adjustment? Should I try and take my fitbit back then? Wondering what to do if its not working correctly??

Umm yeah...this just totally made my night lol!

Can you explain what you mean by eat back the amount you work off? Does that mean if you walk and burn 200 calories and it adds that to what you can eat..you should eat it? I thought I had read that you shouldnt eat it back because then you wont lose anything?

Wow! Okay, So I just got home (from my first try at walking with the hubs doing 5 miles...we did 2.5 so not bad for our first whack at it!) I am so amazed by all the comments I received!! Thank you everyone for the feedback and alot of you are just plain funny. This helps a lot too because I was a bit overwhelmed with the…

Yes, my adjustment has stayed 0. I was assuming it would change as I do activity throughout the day because i have my myfitnesspal set to sedentary. Now we just noticed that my husbands did finally update to his myfitnesspal and added on an adjustment of like 400.

Yes, we have done all of the several times. Now, fitbit is updating just fine (same as jawbone was) but nothing is being updated on myfitnesspal FROM fitbit (and it didnt work with jawbone either) We have tried all of the troubleshooting as well. From what Ive read this has been an ongoing problem for years..
