Pretty happy, might now need to lose more?
So, My goal was to get back to 145 pds. I started at 180 and am at 166... Honestly, I feel pretty darn happy. Im thinking about cutting back to the half pd instead of full pd lose a week or maybe even going into maintain? Has this happened to anyone else that they just are happy with a much smaller weight lose lol? Up…

LOST MY FIRST 10 PDS!!!!!! : )
Im not quite a full month in to this and Ive hit the 10 pound weight loss mark! I started at 180 and am now 170 with a goal of 145. (Im 5'7 and have been 115 before but was happiest at 145 so thats why thats my goal) Not great pics but here is a before and after so far : ) (Shorts is the before and jeans is the after)

It changed my caloric intake!
So Ive doing this for about a month now and decided to hop on here and see how many calories it says I will be able to eat when Im in maintain mode. So after that (which by the way is only like 300 calories more than Im able to eat now!!) I put it back...anyway..It changed my daily intake from 1450 to 1420! What on earth??
