im like a duck, always drinking haha. i usually drink more then 8 cups. if you once start higher your amounts you'll soon get used to it, and cant stop drinking

Oh the Cajun Lime Tilapia sounds really tasty my favourit recipe is my homemade tzatziki:) its for 2 person -1 big cucumber -1 yoghurt (250g) -lemon ( 1 coffe spoon) -1 tablespoon olive oil -sea salt -black pepper -garlic (one or two clove) all mixed together and left in the fridge for 4 hours

I have exactly the same problem! im going to party with my friends once a week, but at least once in two weaks, and im feeling im ruining my hard work...i usually stick with vodka orange juice, rose or tecquila but im feeling soo guilty

im 5'3. i was 131.1 lbs ( 2 month ago) now im 123.2 lbs my goal is 110 lbs

So im working out 6 times a week for an hour. my mix is 30 min circuit training (mostly squats, jumping jacks and exercises for toning my thighs) than 10 min dancing, followed by 20 min hatha yoga. and sometimes i do extra walking or basketball/volleyball with my friends

I LOVE EVERYTHING. honeytle every veggie and fruit but some of my favourites: -berries ( especially current) -pineapple green apple -broccoli -zukkini -celery -olives

I LOVE HUMUS! i eat some everyday. on my bread, crackers, vegetables or even just pure humus. tasty and healthy:)

Thank you for your advice:) i can share my diary, but a lot of meals are in my motherlanguage ( which is Hungarian) so you guys wont understand it. yes im a vegetarian, but im eating milk products, eggs, and sometimes even fish for protein. im really not starving, today i ate 200 cal more than usual

im a vegatarian and not because of some stupid trend or so, and im not feeling inferior because of my eating habits. i just hate the taste of meat and i dont wanna eat it. simple
