I need around 1900 to 2000 calories a day...I have worked out with both shakes and a protein bar I still need 1300 calories in the day which is quite a mega dinner to be eating!

That was hard! I watched it at the weekend and it didn't look too bad but man sweat was flying off me. 455 calorie burn in 25 minutes, thatll do for me!

I am onto week 2 of insanity, I have been working out with a gym mat and at times bare feet. If I wear trainers then I go for New Balance cross trainers.
