Good carbs (from fiber, whole foods) are obviously better that straight up carbs from sugar though :)

If you watch the salt and added fats(oils..ghee). It's actually pretty healthy....... Make your own chappathi using higher fiber flours... Skip on Naan and sweets.

Explore other foods with spice...... We cook a lot of South Indian food at our home.... All veg... And ppl seem to love it.... I have family members that don't like a lot of veggies but will eat the indian food... A good site is nithyasnalabagam.com ... Her site is really great... And really easy to use..

Target does have a good active fit line... By champion.... Try a boot cut pant that's not fit at the ankle ... Usually looks good on most body types.... Might have to look online though, this time a year, stores pretty picked over.... Good luck

Have you tried looking at what your eating? Salt contents? Carbs? Etc. it makes a difference for me....

Hello everyone..... My goal for the next 100 days is to drop 15 lbs. I have been up and down with my current weight about a year now and it's time to get moving back down.
