  • I used to make pepperoni chips. Lay a bunch out on a pizza pan, sprinkle some parmesean cheese on them and some italian seasoning. Bake them until they are getting a little crispy, take them out and lay them on paper towels to get the grease off. You can put them in a tupperware to keep fresh or eat them hot.
  • It happens to me also. What I do to get the blood going through my feet again is to actually pick my feet up off the pedals (or whatever they are called) and bring them down heel first a couple times and then bring them down tow first a couple times. I do that cycle 2 or 3 times until the feeling starts coming back.

  • I just added sugar to my diary also. I'm going over on it quite frequently as well, and I'm usually under on calories. I find it a little odd - before I read this post, I assumed sugars would be rolled up into carbs which I am always under.
  • I am in the same boat. I find it hard to get to the 1200 calorie "suggested minimum" intake sometimes. I will have a couple of drinks to make up the difference. I save the particular ingredients of a drink to my meals and just add them under the snack category for each round. I pour 2 ounces per drink and go with a zero…
