I refuse to buy UK size 20 clothes. Trousers/ pants specifically, because of my shape, are always a trial to find in regular sizes and lengths, let alone plus sizes! I also refused to see 200lbs or more on my scale!! I've come close! Closer than ever before this winter, but I am determined to get off a lot of the extra…

Pilates looks really good! I've always wanted to try, but will have to be a DVD or similar at home first for me! Sorry you're feeling yukky after your C25K session yesterday!! My upper legs and hips especially! Its really worth it though! I've made a pact with myself to do it twice a week during January!

I do little bits of walking - unfortunately only when necessary at the moment, errands etc. Also I'm back to doing a great (if a little old and cheesy) DVD called Gentle Fitness. I use a good quality steel blade potato peeler! this one!! Chop it into 3 or 4 pieces first, then go to work with the peeler, then chop into bite size chunks! Works well for me as I don't have much strength in my hands, but I always make sure my knives are sharp, most dangerous knife in a kitchen is a blunt one!!
