  • I would suggest really tightening up your diet for a couple weeks. 100% clean no cheat meals minimal dairy, plenty of water. As for exercise you could try something youve never done before (with the aim of shocking your body into action), as for toning up your better off doing less repetitions with a heavier weight....so…

  • I wont even get started on BMI, its an inaccurate system that seriously needs thought. I tell my clients to focus on bodyfat% and measurements. As long as the numbers are going in the right direction (down) then they're on the right track.
