New and would like to improve! Encouragement needed! :)

Single mom of two trying to get fit and healthy. Have try many times and failed. I originally lost 21 pounds but I need to lose 15-20 more. I hope I can do this! Good luck to all! :)

    You can do it :) be organised and stay consistent... make workouts,food prep, daily logging etc a priority...it should be just as important as anything else in your day. And above all Positive Mental Attitude!! x
