I'm 6ft tall and I wear any heels that I want to the taller the better as long as I can still walk in them and not look like bambi wobbling around. Lol I've never been ashamed of my height. I love it and it's probably the only thing i love about myself. Yall need to embrace that about yourselves.
I would like to know how you easily got your daily calories and only ate 1.5mg of sodium. Most vegetables and fruits have natural sodium and so does most meat including chicken. I literally just started a low sodium lifestyle less than 1,500mg a day and I'm finding almost everything has some sodium.
