Has anyone found the DVDs recently in stores? I've looked around but haven't had luck and I'd rather not order them online if I can help it. I know some have had luck at Ross and Big Lots but it sounds like that was a few years ago. I'd love to get them and join you!

Interesting post! In your opinion, does this mean that you can lift heavy on one day and do Body Pump the next? Since BP is not working the muscles in the same way? I recently started lifting heavy (love it!) but I miss the social aspect of Body Pump. I hear different opinions on what types of exercise I can do on those…
