  • I have only been doing this for a bit over 2 weeks, but I was wondering the same thing. My weight loss, so far, is on track with the "5 week" estimate. I hope it stays that way!

  • One thing I heard that I always keep in mind is, "Its ok to be hungry". I always thought I need to eat when I am hungry, but now I stop and think what have I eaten and whens the last time I ate? Might sound silly, but it really helps me especially at night after dinner when I want to snack. I think my body is so used to me…
  • If you like your coffee with lots of creamer like i do, there is no good low calorie choice. I just use too much. I have switched to drinking hot tea..It was a hard switch at first, but now I enjoy it.
  • I dont do that dvd, but with the dvd I use, I list it under aerobic. There is a low impact and high impact option.
