hey, yeh defo keep at it.. it seems like at first you dont loose anything but after 6 months i have just been dropping the weight all at once. and for your bingo wings it will be the hardest to get rid of i have the same problem. But my p.t told me to just keep doing weights and keep 2 healthy eating cos its just fat!!…

hey ..i love body pump i do it 2 times a week! and yes defo go 2nite just dnt over do it!! maybe do cardio instead of weights goodluck!!

Hey, yeh you should try doing weights. I do circuit training and weight training with kettlebells and since i have been doing that the weight has been falling off. You burn more calories doing weight i know it sounds silly but really does work!!

Hey Spinning is my favourite class! It soooo much fun. Dont be put off, i ent little either but i can keep up and still enjoy it.
