Yes you have very good point there, I never thought about it like that. I definitely need to work on my strength, keep on with the dvds and add some strength training in at the gym.

I started off with the fitbit one and loved that, I then wanted one for my wrist I had a couple of flex's they were great. Tried the charge hr but found the hr part not very effective for some reason, maybe a faulty one? So exchanged that for the alta and love it.

I had been looking at the fitbit aria for months the £99 price tag put me off but brought it a few weeks ago and love it. Looks good, well made, easily set up and easy to sync and following my plan on myfitnesspal and using my fitbit alta and aria I'm slowly loosing again

I have tried it 2 fingers width from the wrist bone and also on the underside of the wrist and the readings have gone up slightly. I've only had it a week I have tried experimenting on placement and looseness but it's still nowhere near my polar hrm. I don't know whether or not to try another tracker (it was from argos)…

Both I use the gym for cardiovascular, rowing machines, cross trainer, treadmill and various classes (or I will do when the new xercise4less opens next month) this is what I did at my previous gym and also I love my collection of workout dvds for home use. Have tried home cardiovascular equipment but I can't afford pieces…

Missed a few days but only got my fitbit today so I shall be starting tomorrow. Looking forward to this
