Some great advice in here, thanks guys! My upper torso feels so sore but I guess that will subside eventually, I definitely want a strong torso more than a 6 pack. Although any definition would be a bonus as I don't want saggy skin following after any future fat loss.

Amazing transformation, congrats! With that much weight loss under a year did you encounter much lose skin or did you tone with exercise?

Are you all using just the one weight or a variety of different weighted kettlebells? And what's the warm like? I'll have to find a tutorial.

Looking back on it I guess this does look suspect haha but sorry to burst the bubble, this is just the first protein supplement I've used in my life hence why I asked you guys for any suggestible alternatives. This whole thread is hilarious! and for the record, it doesn't bother me at all. I mean each to their own, as long as your not carrying out a lewd act in front of me, do whatever you want. I personally like to get dressed and dry in the shortest time possible. I don't like being cold! An audience doesn't help either lol

Yes! I always over estimate my food and under estimate my exercise.

Exactly! When I see everything I have eaten throughout the day it suddenly dawns on me that the snack is no longer appetizing and I either don't eat it or if I do I plan on doing some extra cardio to compensate.

I understand. I am the same! I think a lot of us are secret food eaters, without even realising were binge eating sometimes! First step is realising the problem and take it from here!

I'm just at the beginning of my progress, my advice would be to try a new fitness activity to shock your body in burning those extras pounds. Try using some fat burning aids too available on the market.

I couldn't actually find another product that assisted with weight loss (with CLA and green tea) as well as promote lean muscle. There are plenty of bulking protein products out there but that isn't my aim. I do agree they were slightly overpriced, so I'm always looking for deals on Amazon, eBay etc. And Maximuscle is more…
