How is everyone?

My friend suggested it was a good idea to get the MyFitnessPal app to monitor my calorie intake and exercises, I was sceptical at first but eventually went along and now I love it!

It's a daily routine, I record and log every little thing I do or eat, so far so good.

Still have a long way to go, around 60-70lbs at least!

Feel free to add me, especially if you have similar target weight loss goals and we can support each other!
