I'm still not sure how to convert my steps into the exercise part of mfp. Is there a step converter to us or should I just record it as miles for the day?

Thanks for the challenge! It motivated me to garden for 2 hours (hauling mulch bags around) and I stayed under my calories for the day. Weekends are tough, no schedule and lots more temptations. Great idea about the pedometer; I found mine & will be using it again!

Skinny Saturday - great idea! I'm going to need lots of team spirit to help me get through a rainy day & holiday too! Journaling my exercise & food has been very helpful. I'll be checking back later today. Good luck everyone!

I love topping my egg whites with salsa; also top my waffles with yogurt or my oatmeal with fruit and a spoonful of chobani vanilla fat-free yogurt. Lots of great suggestions here!

I also love walking with my pedometer. Is there a place to record the steps I've earned in a day on the exercise portion of mfp? Also my accusplit eagle broke so I'm looking for a new pedometer - your favorites? Thanks!:flowerforyou:

Loved the recipe - I substituted (as I often do!) because I had leftover lemon hummus for the beans and used this "spinach sauce" on baked flounder and whole wheat pasta. This was delicious!
