Talk to you doc, best resource for the depression. If they put you on meds the first week Is tough but stick to them and the fog will lift. After that you have some great advice from others! Roasted in oven. Marinate in low sodium soy, little olive oil and whatever spices you like. Cut into cubes and bake til crispy. Awesome on salads.

Yep me too! I hold the rails but I do try to let go here and there and I dont last long. I had the same thing on the eliptical at first felt like my feet were on the loose, but I had a trainer tell me to set the resistance a little higher and that helped. Glad we are in the same boat :tongue:

I love to use them in a stir fry. brown some groud beef, drain add a bag of frozen stir fry veggies, broken up ramen the season pack and some water. Slap on the lid and let it simmer/steam til the noodles are tender and the veggies look thawed.
