It's nice outside so I'm grilling some lean lamb loin chops that are seasoned with garlic, rosemary, thyme, and salt and pepper. We're having these with a mixed greens salad. Yum!
The chops are about 4.12oz each and approximately 228 calories/chop.0 -

In the crock pot I have cabbage, cauliflower, tomatoes, celery, and potatoes with garlic, vegetable base, spices, and nutritional yeast.
