200 STANDING HAMSTRING CURLS

Do you need more of a challenge? Try it with a resistance band:

Or try it with a dumbbell:

If I do 50 with left leg plus 50 with right leg Sat. and the same on Sun. that will total 200.
Is that acceptable, is that what you mean?
