In my opinion...working out is the absolute best stress reliever. I prefer the elliptical. Sweat it out. Good for more things than just stress relief & all of your hard work won't go to waste!

Same NSV this week when I went birthday clothes shopping! Congrats to you!! :)

Not sure if you were talking to me? But I'll reply anyway! Hahaa. I've been on MFP since March, so 5 months :) Tips? Eh. Find what motivates you and surround yourself with it. And allow a cheat day or two! I cheat on the weekends and that helps me be serious through the week.

Congratulations, everyone!! AMAZING results!! I can't wait to have ultimate before & afters at goal! 1/3 the way through my journey since March! Here's my results with MFP!

I'm curious, too! My son was conceived in December of 2011...in January, I took TWELVE, yes TWELVE tests until I finally got a positive. I think women know their bodies well enough to know if they believe the lines or not. I just knew. It wasn't like any other scare. And weight loss ramps up fertility! I lost 40 lbs in 6…

I've promised myself a LOT of things after goal. Some on my list: -make over -boudoir session and my favorite -new BOOBIES! :D

I'm in the same boat, I'm down about 44 lbs and I don't feel any different or see a difference in the mirror but I agree, looking at pictures does help! Confidence that the scale doesn't lie has helped me, I figure once I start having some NSV's that my mind will catch up to my body :)

I'd say you're rich with blessings! Congratulations on all of your hard work and your miracle babies!

My son's first birthday is in the beginning of October. We're doing Monster's Inc theme and hoping to be down another 20-30 lbs by then! :)

Zombie hello kitty at 50 lbs & half sleeves at goal! :)

My most humiliating "fat" experience was definitely in the 7th grade...I sat down at the lunch table and didn't want to take up "two spots" so I sat as far as I could on the edge of the table and then it folded up in half...even with other people sitting there :ohwell:

Congratulations on 40 pounds! It's all in self awareness, I believe. I've lost 30 pounds and I feel like since I had to break down my wall of denial that I went ahead and acknowledged everything else that I saw wrong. Now my self esteem has tanked. I don't think it correlates with weight. Confidence comes from happiness!

I was drinking wayy too much coffee when I started MFP! xD To reduce my calories in it, I switched to sugar free creamer and started sleeping in later so I wouldn't drink an entire pot! I can't put anything in it other than creamer so I just had to reduce it to a cup or two. No more through the week, I splurge in drinking…
