don't know where you are located but I recently bought from CanadianProtein.com - chocolate/peanut butter, cookies & cream and cappuccino. love them!! I also use President's Choice chocolate, vanilla and strawberry but needed a change. I will be ordering more flavours from canadianprotein

I eat oatmeal every morning. 40g oats cooked in the microwave and then I add 20g chocolate protein powder, 12g PB2, 25g-40g banana and 1/4 cup milk. I eat at 7:00am and I'm usually full right up to about 11-11:30

no cheats? I couldn't do it. I've eaten this ice cream (frozen yogurt actually - chapman's black jack cherry) every day for the past 86 days and I am down 7 lbs (a smidgen over 0.5 lb loss per week).

I weigh everything I eat. I work but my hubby is retired. for supper he weighs out everything for me and will leave cans/packages on the counter for new foods not already in my diary and ask me how much I want weighed out

i use a hand-held body fat monitor. i know it isn't 100% accurate but i don't need it to be. i use it to see the downward trend. good enough for me

I wonder which color container is for the chocolate and ice cream. I'm 70 days in, 6 lbs gone, 15 inches gone and 1.7% body fat gone and all I did was aim to meet my calories and macros and I have had chocolate and ice cream every single day. I've also recently added a fiber 1 brownie also :smiley:

my Dr. put me on supplements as I was deficient. I am one of those weird people that has PMLE (polymorphic light eruption) - basically a UV ray allergy. I don't go outside. anyone else here have that?

well I'd say it has already worked - for the company you bought it from anyway. your profile says you have 16 lbs to lose. why not just set your loss at 0.5 lb per week and eat the calories MFP gives you. you don't have to cut out any food groups either.
