day 4 / not staying full

I'm having a hard time staying full. I eat 3 meals and 3 snacks sometimes less snacks depending where I am. I don't know if this is an old habit I need to break or if I'm not eating correctly. During my meals i am full only in between do i want to snack more than what i am. Any tips and help please:)

    Choose less calorie dense carbs so you get to eat more. Eat enough protein and fat to help satiety. Eat bigger meals and no snacks - i found this helped a lot!... Or plan more meals, you can eat as many as you like as long as you stay within your calories
  • increase your protein and fat intake. both should keep you full longer.

    what is your calorie intake? can you open your food diary?

    How much water are you drinking a day? Normally, I listen to my body when I get an urge to eat again shortly after a meal. Majority of the time my body is telling me to drink more water and when I do, I feel fine. Try increasing your water intake--you might not be hungry but thirsty instead.
