I had it and did PT for it. They had me do alot of calf/foot stretches. I also iced it everyday and took motrin. It took almost a year to get rid of it. I have lost some weight too and they say that helps. Hope you get better soon. It is so fun!!

I drink flavored water and count it. I am not sure if that is right or not but I don't really like plain water that much!!

I am using the 30 day Shred by Jillian Michaels and really like it. You only need hand weights to do it too. Good luck!!

Hi, I was wondering when the best time to exercise is? I have been doing it around noon or so before I eat lunch since that is when my little boy goes down for a nap. Is this ok? or is it better to exercise in the morning? Thanks Tonya
