Right thanks. But is it ok to "undereat" at 1400 cal as I am not hungry? Or shall I try eat my 1600 cal anyway? Thanks K

What I do not get in this rotation is why you would do "quick trouble zones" (and skip the abs part) and then anyway do a 30 DS. Wouldn't it make more sense to just to the whole Trouble zones? i get it if it is a time thing and you would only do the quick, but doing the quick plus another workout makes no sense to me :(…

Thanks for advice on fitbit but I am afraid it will just make me obsess more :( I am already obsessed about food all the time that I fear this will fuel this unhealthy relationship :(

Reviving an old thread but this is exactly how I feel but I never really overeat. My weight goes up and down but always in the BMI ranges, so I can control myself BUT i think about food the WHOLE freaking time. I have breakfast and think abotu "what's for lunch?" right after lunch I think about the snack and so on... Even…

1) Not sure but since I loved the workouts I really did do them daily and therefore helped me keep up with my calorie deficit 2) 100% more toned. I can now do most of the crazy moves all to the end. I am stronger and I can see it and feel it. 3) I lost about 5 kg in total (I need to lose 1 more) One addedd benefit is that…

LOL he is cool & beatyful :)

It's definitely noticeable and goes up steadily until I diet again and I know it is because I eat badly. I just do not seem to have the willpower to eat healthy all year round :(

I did this yetsrday for the first time and it kicked my butt despite having done 30DS and RI30D already :) I would do this alternating it with Ban Fat Boost Metabolism as I find it too hard to do more than 2/3 times a week :)
-
I did BFBM first time last night and it kicked my butt :) I have done 30DS and RI30D last months but this was longer and all cardio so I was sweating so much at the end en exhausted :) I use this for cardio on the days I overeat or if I cannot go running :) On the other days I do 6W6P or Shred it with Weights. Have aso…

I am now tempted by Body Revolution.... all comments seem positive :) Have to investigate :)

hi! I am tempted by this having done 30DS and RI30D. Question: how many times a week do you need to train? With weights or elastic band? Does it really improve muscle strengths? (I am more interested in this than weight loss per se) Thanks for infos :) K

Anyone? Would really appreciate the help :)

mmmm I would actually go buy a bikini once you reach your weight goal as a celbration :) You do not really know how you will look at that point and in exactly which spots you will lose so you may end up buying something which does not look good in the end (even though you did reach your goal) and that would be really…

I did 1st day level 3 on Sunday and boy it was a killer. The moves are just so INSANE :) I lost weight pretty quickly the first 2 weeks of 30 DS and then now it is going off slowly. But I am on my last 2kg to lose so I know those are going to be a tough one :) The body change though is amazing. My abs feel so hard :) Keep…

I have used a trainer for 2 yrs after my second baby was born because a) I wanted help with getting back in shape b) I needed the weekly appointment to actually get me to train c) I needed someone to show me specific moves and good moves to avoid damage on point c) I have started doing shred at home now and yes, you can do…

Thanks all, it helps :) I will reflect and try to understand if I need one :)

Ok thanks :)

Thanks. I had read similar post... I have adjusted my activity to "lightly active" and kept my loss at 1lb per week which is maybe too high? I am still unsure what to do with the excercise goals and calories, should I be entering them in the settings or just in the excericze diary? Should I be eating these calories? It is…

You can also just go for a run to "earn" the additional calories :) You would normally not eat those but at weekend it could be a good thing :)
