Starting Ripped in 30

I did 30 Day shred, lost 6 lbs & 10.8 inches!! Can't wait for Ripped in 30-on week 1 day 2! What was everyone's results!!!

    I started last weekend, am on day 5 :) I also did the Shred before.

    Am looking forward to the results too!!!

    Im on week 3, last day of week 3 tomorow and Iv lost 1inch from my waist. Its the hardest part of me to lose after 2 babies but its helped! Its not great results but its gotten the waist down when it was stuck at 30 inches for 3 months!

    I did the 30 Day Shred last month. Now I'm doing Killer Abs. I will be doing Ripped in 30 as soon as I'm done...so I'd love to hear about/see people's results!!

    I just barely finished Week 1 day 1 last night.....Jillian kicked my *kitten*. I couldnt feel my legs, arms or even my mouth for that matter. I sweated more in those 27 minutes than I do running. LOVED IT! will be going back for more tonight.

    I am doing the shred. I am now on Level 2. It is not easy for a 62 year old. I wish they had it when I was younger. I have a very bad hip so no planks for me. Good Luck.
