Hi! I am wondering if I should invest in an HRM? I have trained so far without it, just going to how I felt and counted the calories just using the standards on here. Do you people feel an HRM is a must have? Thanks for opinions :) K

what weights do you use?
Hi! I was curious to as which weights you are using? Having already done 30DS and RI30 I have started with: Workout 1: 2.25kg (4lbs???) Workout 2: 4.75 kg (8lbs???) I have adjustables not dumbbells so have to do all workout with same weights or I lose time... Not ideal but ok for now :) Cheers, K

Day after a "big day"?
So yesterday I went over my goal by about 400cal. I do nto have a lot to lose (4kg) and I am set at 0.25kg per week and 1600 net cal a day.
