Excercise Programs & Travelling?

Hi all!

For those following programs like Chalean Extreme or Jillian's Body Revolution etc, how do you manage that when you are travelling?

I am doing Body Revolution and will be away for 1 week, I can take DVD with me but not the weights.... if there is a gym I could use the weights at the gym but if now, how to manage?

    I dont do either program but when I travel I take resistance bands with me and my fit deck (which is bodyweight exercises). Can you adapt exercises to suit resistance bands?

    My trainer put together a simple workout for when I'm travelling and can't access a gym - cardio like high knees and jumping jacks + body-weight exercises like plank, lunges, push-ups etc.
