Thank you for explain to me. I have a hard time with my toddler schedule of nap/playing/feed/ while I was exercised to cook and feed myself and my toddler 3 times a day. That would be easy for me to prep meal weekly.

I can't manage two programs at different time on same day even Insanity 2 months made me fall on floor and so exhausted even it was tough to me. I'll thinking about start it on September along with Focus T25.

I got dvd's last 2 weeks so I will start it tomorrow evening. I don't know if I can manage two programs: Insanity (afternoon when my toddler nap) and BBL (evening) due of my toddler gets my attention a lot.

I agree with cdlenny. That would best for you to check in weight and measure your arm, thigh, hip, waist and chest every 2 weeks to avoid that discourage. I started Insanity on April 29 to complete the first month then I'm on recovery week of day 5. I lost 5lbs and lost 3 inches off my waist.

Try to make green smoothie: 2 handful of Spinach or Kale, 2 cups of water, one whole banana, and frozen mixed fruits. My toddler loves it. You can research about green smoothie on websites which is good for kids.

We are on friend's list already, but I would like to be your Insanity partners as I will be ready for my 5 weeks of Max Insanity on June 3. Please don't hard on your hard as take it easy. You don't have to jump at all. I didn't jump at not all due of knee pain until it get better and I will do jump.

little crazy? Well, anyway, I started Insanity on the 29th of April. I will be on 4 weeks of this week and I will be glad to take a break from jump and squat on recovery week next week before be ready for my 5 weeks along with BBL on June 3. good luck

I started Insanity first week of first month and I got sore from head to toe so it gone after second week. I will take easy for BBL after I will exercise Insanity done in 5 weeks of Max on June 3. I take your advice.

Great. Just take a break if necessary unless out of breathe or pain/cramp muscle or any reasons if you have one before go back on track when you are ready that is what I did.

Lol. I was sooo scared of Insanity too, but I took it was rough on first or second weeks then I got used to it in 3 weeks is getting better than before. I will purchase BBL this month to start on June 3 with Insanity in 5 weeks. I will start over to do BBL and Insanity of 2 rounds on July 1.

I can't wait to see how much I will count for fit test tomorrow. Are you thinking about to start a second round? Yes, I am feeling a little slumped, but I keep pushing play... Same thing first week was rough for me and took few break to catch my breathe.

You should do 4 sets of 25 to 100 squats and 2 sets of 15 to 30. I will do 4 sets of 25 to 100 and 200 and other sets of number.
