my bf and I have cheat days on sunday and try to stay with our goal, but we get treats like a biscuit for breakfast or tater tots for dinner. maybe frozen yogurt. I think if we go over its still less than 200 calories. the first few we gorged and felt horrible, now we cheat smart. that's how it becomes a lifestyle

I wouldn't. Your heart rate monitor may think swiping your hand vigorously while washing a window counts as cardio but it doesn't. Stuff like cleaning the house and showering burns calories but is part of your daily activity calculation.

Strength Training can be logged under Cardio, just be sure to be accurate. a HRM is the most accurate tool as we all do strength training at different rates

yea, the video states over and over, its 30 days but has 3 levels. so really its a 90 day program, unless they're giving up/looking for a quick fix. just keep going!

I enter all my data and it says my maintain calories would be 1706 and to lose a pound I need a 500 calories deficit, so there is 1200. same here and I am at almost 5 years. under the muscle. I focus on everything else and spend little time on chest because it pulls awkwardly and they cramp and pull apart. i'm glad you learned more and will listen to the doctors advice

this 100%. if your belly/rib area lost fat then your cup would "go up a size" it doesn't mean your breasts grew or didn't shrink, it just means the other part of you is less fat.

it may not be that you didn't lose breast tissue/fat, it may jus be that you lost MORE belly fat. cup size is determined by the difference in inches between ribcage & biggest point around your breast. fat melts of us all at different rates & spots.

not enough fiber and less fats will cause things to slow up a bunch. try adding some healthy fats, coconut oil or avocado, fish oil pills etc. I take fiber with my other daily vitamins & meds, and once a year I take a month long colon cleanse pill of mostly flax seed etc to keep things moving.

this 100%. even if its a bite of the meat/veggies, shes gotta be eating the good stuff. Fiber One bars are pretty much just as processed as a hamburger bun so its not really a win.

I usually give in and hate myself for it. moderation isn't my strong area either, so if 1 cookie sounds good, 5 will be great. I think I need to make one of those glitter calm jars they make for kids on pinterest, shake it and watch the glitter settle, by that time youre relaxed, or done craving. ugh.

I just ate a big tub of yogurtland tart so you're not alone. but log it, see the damage and hit extra gym time if you must. eat smarter for dinner and drink lots of water to help your body feel not so polluted. that's my plan.

I tie them where they fit and then sew a little knot to hold it. easy to take out when your size changes too!

unless it is a big tattoo spread out over a massive area, combined with massive weight loss, it should remain proportional.
