Besides the scale and your weight, how do measure your progress?

photos every 30ish days. ( I took the first set 8 days before TOM so I kinda stick with that cycle)
even when I think nothing has changed, the photos prove me wrong0 -
I do see the difference now in photo's. So that has helped me see progress.0
