I got 2 minutes and one second....how is that for starting off? Any tips for planks?

I have been doing planks for a while and I don't think I have gone over a minute! That is a wonderful accomplishment! Try to add 5 seconds everytime you do them!! Congrats!!! :drinker:0

2 minutes and 5 seconds is great! I have been doing them for a while now and have tried to work up to over 1 minute or more. I try to do 4 in the morning. Great job!0
