They will fade with time. You'll still see some light scaring, and you may get more marks with each pregancy. I don't really notice them anymore at all. The rumor is that they are genetic also. Good luck!

Impressive story and I do love seeing the results, I give all you people who take and post photos lots of credit!!! Nice job!!!!

This is my go to easy breakfast! Kids can put in their own ingredients even if it is just ham and cheese. I can load up on veggies. I don't always use the muffin papers, may need to try this, but they can be frozen and heated from the freezer as well, I will sometimes slice them in half (top from bottom) and put on a…

My son was diagnosed with Celiac in 2007, we have done most of our meals at home GF since. I feel better when I am gluten free, but sometimes do indulge in gluten, or will just substitute his stuff to save $$$. Let me know if you have questions....

Great post! I am off the wagon right now and need motivation to get back there! Thanks for the inspiration. And I'd love to see your meal plan as I prepare mostly Gluten Free at my house (son has Celiac). Thanks again, you are a smart woman, enjoy your Friday!

I am not on a GF diet myself, but the majority of my meals are GF. My son has Celiac and we typically cook GF. What about cheese? GF pizza? I bake our own bread, and it is very good, a bit costly, so I tend to buy gluten containing bread for me, but do use GF breadcrumbs and all other things that need bread for coating and…

I've had success with WW in the past as well, but after baby #3, didn't have the time or money for the meetings and found this site and have become addicted! Love it! Let us know what you figure out to be "The best!"

my kids are 6 months, 3 and a half years, and 5 years. I was doing treadmill and putting on a TV show for them, otherwise, other suggestions were good- wii fit; exercise videos; basketball; going to the park and doing push ups/pull ups etc. let the big ones ride bikes and walk fast next to them. Good luck!

I wore mine for a few hours the other day... there is some 'spilliage' over the to still, but someone did say I was looking slim..... Now to tone this body of mine!!!
-
I did notice a decrease when I first started to exercise/cut calories. Oatmeal and fluids helped me the most along with eating all my calories... don't go under!

I have heard that whatever you normally do, it is good to shake it up every once in awhile! I am impressed you do that type of workout! I would be happy if I could have done just one section of it.... I plan to join the work out fun again tomorrow after a little break.... Give yourself credit and see what the scale says at…

Increase your fiber- will help you feel fuller longer and add protein.... It will feel funny at first, but you'll get used to it, and you tummy will too. Drink lots of fluids and remember fruits and veggies are great- plan ahead and bring lots with you... I to work 12 hour nights as a nurse, not in the ER, but we have…

my doc says don't expect your body to get totally rid of it until your baby is 2! she is a mom of 6 and looks fabulous. my youngest is 5.5 months, so i'm still sporting the pooch... and i think i had one before kids, that is just where my weight hangs out... right now it is loose skin and that is almost worse... gotta work…

I like that you asked this question. You've done amazing if you are that close and I like the others' ideas of how to manage from here! best of luck to you!

So frustrating! I hear you! My little 5 month old has decided that she would like to eat in the middle of the night again... we were doing so good... My only advice is to let someone else put him down...and go to him if he wakes to reassure him. My kids wake up way less when their dad does all the night duties... they know…

Question- should we be washing them as we stretch them out each week, they will start to fit better! :-) I am getting to the point of buttoning, but the 'spillage' over the top is just too much for me! Motivation to do better! Hope you are well as you are working away Ms. Christine!
