My favorite is Pure Protein. 20g protein, 5g fat, 3g sugar. I buy them at Costco.

I have the same problem right now. I've lost 17 lbs. in less than 2 months, now I'm stuck. My trainer told me that I have to mix up my workouts AND my meals. I'm trying, but I'm such a creature of habit. Good luck, and if you find something that works, let me know!!
