Well I did even worse last week. Had KFC wings, fries and coleslaw, mexican food, McDonalds combo meal...BUT I was suprised to see this morning when i got on the scale I actually lost a pound. I only worked out like twice last week also. I think I got lucky this time...lol

I usually run or walk, stair master or do the treadmill on incline. when I do weights i do 10 minutes on the treadmill at about 3.5 incline and 4.3 speed. Just to warm up. starting weight 160.4 This past monday 160.2 I am not too worried yet about it since i do lift weights 4 times a week along with cardio and its only been a week and a half....Hopefully I will start to see some pounds drop here in teh next week or so though. I probably go over on protein 10-20 grams max....Fat I dont think ever over 10. But I will watch the fat intake more if nothing else... Thanks for the info and your support.

Does anyone else ever have the problem where they are trying to get all the calories in but end up going over on FAT and PROTEIN sometimes? I know I probably need to change some of the things I eat but I haven't been eating all the bad stuff I use to eat.... Need some ideas and is this a really bad thing?
