I am on day 7 of intermittent fasting plan, but I have not seen any weight change. I am only eating 1200 calories per day and walking. I do notice some inch loss, but I guess I thought it would be more significant of a weight loss.

5'4 and aiming to be around 145-150, this is where my body is at its most comfortable stage. I am comfortable in my skin and clothes but don't feel like I look like I am starving. I get to keep some curves but without all the jiggle...lol

I too have this body type. My stomach has never had any definition, and seeing your pic tells me you are doing better than I am....lol. I need some advice myself on how to define my body, show a tighter stomach, thighs, and arms. I am down to 158 from 181 but still feel like I look like the Michelin man, so any advice you…
