I would love to join in. I need to really concentrate on what I'm eating. I'm staying within my calories, but the food isn't as nutritious as it should be. My goals: Continue with 30 DS Concentrate on getting more fruits and veggies Stay within my calorie range Drink 64 oz of water daily (big struggle for me)
