We have teo account in our house and both have an issue with steps not moving over to MFP from FB. FB have stated in there community it is an issue with MFP?

Think you have confirmed what I really knew but hoped was wrong. Thanks for the feedback. Really used the exercise to allow more food intake so will have to try extra hard for a while. Once again, thanks.

Personally I would just increase to what your body says feels right. Keep an eye on the wieght, and if you are still loosing then go for things that are slightly higher in cals but healthy,EG nuts.

If you are just starting, and that was the last of a batch, I would forget that day and start a fresh. It sounds like a healthy option any way. But as another post said, after this one keep a record of your ingredients and put in on your recipe page. And always follow it from then on. Isnt going to be the end of the world.…

Sounds silly but really it could be neck or back as mentioned, also high blood pressure and migrains....see a doctor. Probably getting de-hydrated but best to check.

Cheers for responses. There is no way of inputting data for age etc, and with a moderate work out I was getting 17 calories in 10 minutes which is only 100 cals an hour shown on the rower which is extremely low (I think). I thought even at a moderate rate I would bun about 450 cal an hour which is 75 cal in 10 mins. Again…

Everything has its place. Just moderate..My friend will not eat carbs at all and swears by it. I just think its unhealthy but it works for him so who am I to say??

Male, Was 217 and 5"7, so dont feel too bad. Now 166 but unfortunatly still 5"7. Doesn't matter what I eat, I cannot get any taller. Add me if you want.

Hi, I count the calorie in fruit but ignore the sugar content. If you are eating loads of fruit then MFP will tell you are over on this.
