I've never tried the coconut oil. I might some day, but every time I get a little hungry, I remember something I've heard before, that most the time you are actually thirsty. So I just start chugging water and that usually always works.

I felt the same way. All I could do was think of what I was going to get for breakfast, lunch and dinner. When people talk about how bad it is to eat one meal a day, I say okay, how bad is it to be obese and have high blood pressure and be pre-diabetic?

I met my January goal! Week of 1/26 I gained a half pound, but I lost 1.5 by 1/31 so I averaged it out. I lost a total of 5.5 pounds for January!!! (as of today)

No. Actual Magnesium pills. But I bet there must be Magnesium in milk of magnesia and that's probably how it got its name.

@leveejohn I used the Magnesium and my heartburn is better. I'm thinking that helped. Could have just gotten better. Could have even been the ACV. But I did read that Magnesium can help with acid reflux.
