MFP put my daily goal as 1500. I have recalculated using the Katch-McArdle formula as it accounts for lean body mass. As of Monday BMR =1672 TDEE = 2304 then i will have a 25% reduction on my low days and 10% reduction on my high days so Low = 1728cals High = 2073 cals

Are you cycling just cals or macros as well, i get headaches the 1st few days of my high protein/low carb week. On a side note my pill made my migraines a lot better.

Last time i checked my working weight was 110lb, but i need to work on this more ( if i could ever prize the Oly bar out of the meatheads hands) My goal is 225 and then see what i can from there. Oh and i wear gloves :tongue: not for grip really but more for not tearing the crud out of my hands.

I lift 3 times a week currently on stage 2 on New rules. Strict shoulder Press: 20kg (Started at 7kg) Back Squat: 35kg (about 77lbs) (started at 15kg) Front squat and press: 25kg (about 55lbs) (Started at 20kg) Deadlift: 50kg (about 110lbs)(Starts at 20kg) I find front squtas really difficult but they get the job done!

Consider also ' long lean muscle' its a fitness phrase developed by people who want your money.. it does not exist. Every muscle ( apart from you tounge) is attached at both ends, therefore fixed. Pilates/ Yoga will not give you long lean muscle. I would take the advice give and carry on with the weights.

last week i made banana zucchini bread for breakfast, this week it's greek yogurt or apple and cinni muffins ( when i bake them) i like cakes and breads but store bought ones have too many additives for my liking. I also worship at the altar of the boiled egg.
