AST Sports Science Protein and Myo D?
Anyone in the UK know where to get it? I have looked in lots of places and found one but each item was about £30 each and i know that it is is $30 for the Myo D in the states so i don't see why i can't find it in the uk for a price gievn the exchange rate?

What does YOUR food pyramid look like??
I have been trying to clean up my deit alot and and installing some of the clean eating/ Paleo rules into it. I was suprised to see what my food pyramid looked like. how does one go from cal counting to clean/ paleo?
pretty much what is says on the tin... but how do you stop the gain from no limiting your food intake? What are the daily benchmarks so to speak I am still learning about this way of eating so excuse my cluelessness :embarassed:

So yesterday was my weight days for my lower body and today i am as stiff as a board, I am schedule to go now to do some cardio. I'm not in any pain just very tight in the quads and lower back. Hi so i have been out and about today wore my HRM whilst i was for 12 hours that i was moving 5 am til 5pm it has calcultaed that i burnt 1935 cals in that period now my MFP BMR is 1670 over a 24 hr period how do i work out how many cals i burnt from walking around... do i need to take my BMR and divide it by 24 to get my…

really really slow
I know my diary isn't open to all so you might not be able to help but.. my MFP goal is 1.5 lb a week.. if i am lucky i can get 1lb.. but normally much less.. it has taken me 60 days to drop 6lbs.. i am now at 199lbs and i workout for at leat an hour a day ( brisk walk at lunch or hitting hard at gym - cardio only)…

wouldn't it be nice
if you could just take off your excess weight and keep it at home.. just on the side.. like you are your target weight now and look great but at home is the big pile of fat that you still have to burn off except noone knows it is there but you!
