should i go.. i want to..

So yesterday was my weight days for my lower body and today i am as stiff as a board, I am schedule to go now to do some cardio.

I'm not in any pain just very tight in the quads and lower back.
Should i go? or should i rest?

I want to go, but not if all i can do is blend with the other girls walking at 2km/ph and chatting,
