Thanks for your advice. I hope I won't end up like an addict who'd finished rehab too early. :happy: I'll continue with counting my calories for sure.

Eat something light, like a plain yoghurt. But I think it's OK to eat a bit less. 150 cal isn't much. That's my opinion.
