How to keep weight after diet

I have a question. Maybe you could help me. I don't quite know how to finish a strict diet based on protein (with very little carbs, no salt or sugar). I'm afraid that I'll gain one kilo after eating one slice of bread, or a small portion of pasta. Please, share your ideas or experience.

That's a big problem with restrictive diets... if you go into it with the mentality of "I'll lose a bunch of weight only eating cabbage, then when I'm at my goal weight I can go back to eating whatever I want"... you'll just gain back all the weight you lost immediately.
With that being said, as long as you continue to log accurately and maintain your calorie goal, a few extra carbs won't hurt. It's a matter of staying in control, even after you've reached your goal.0 -
Log at maintenance for a while until you get the idea of appropriate portions to match your calorie needs.0

Thanks for your advice. I hope I won't end up like an addict who'd finished rehab too early. I'll continue with counting my calories for sure.0
