TOTALLY AGREE...do Squats! AND, make sure when you do, you are sticking your butt back and your knees don't go over your feet! As for toning in general, lift weights!!!! GOOD LUCK and congrats on your progress so far!! :-)

ICE CREAM!!!! I have an issue with how my body processes sugar so, with having to watch that, my ICE CREAM is totally affected. Luckily, I like SF Ice Cream but, I still have to watch it!!

Before I found the actual ZUMBA workout on here and then the website, I used AEROBICS - HIGH INTENSITY for the class. Now, I am going to use my HRM to know but, the Aerobics works well as a good guideline. :-)

Seriously...I'd have to say being able to wear a White Tank Top, tucked into my snug fit jeans, with a belt and buckle with my cowboy boots!! :-) My husband and I both think that look is HOT and I WILL pull it off this fall at the Step-Daughter's Horse Show...and show off myself! LOL!!!

You are doing GREAT!!! It took me over a year to lose 40 so, i understand but, we just have to keep pushing. 20 in 3 months is actually not bad at ALL!! You can definitely see the difference! Slow and steady wins the race! Frustrating but, we will get there!! :-)

I had about the same results in the first month...BUT, I am being positive! I am on day 109 and, eventhough my diet has SUCKED since I started it, i can still see the difference! GOOD LUCK!!!! Here is to the success to this program in the end!! WE GOT THIS!!!!
