I have logged in for 10 years, my news feed is gone today. I still have newsfeed from the very beginning when I first started to loss my weight. Now all my friends are gone, will never be the same.

I will weigh in on Mondays. I have lost my weight but in a year I gained it back due to steroids (twice). last year. I have did lots of walking and different types of exercises, it has made me stronger, just can't lose the belly fat. The doctor last week said to just keep what I am doing.
