I have so far lost 36 lbs with MFP and working out 3 days a week (strength training) and filling my Fitbit. The lowest I saw myself was 272 and I really want to see that 260 club! I got on a cruise in April and Really want to drop around 40 lbs by then.

CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 224 (350+ starting weight in 2019, 225 end of 2019).
Jan. 6: 227 - (MFP current low at 223.4 and my normal weigh in Day is Wednesday so i'm adjusting key challenge schedule accordingly.) I just got back from a 2 week vacation and need a week to dump this water weight, I stayed close to calorie counts so actual weight should be 223-225 once thats gone)

A little background: I am a 5'9" female who was 163 and lost 13lbs to 150lbs back in 2012 (this was my goal weight), got lazy stopped tracking found myself at 193lb in 2017, lost 20 lbs again in 2018, stopped tracking once again and have popped back to 193lb here in 2020.
So hopefully I can stick with it this time around.
