    Use this thread however it works for you. It’s simply a tool to help you stay motivated by being accountable to yourself, and to whoever else that’s reading your weekly updates. Change dates and add relevant data as you see fit.

    Yep! I don’t think there’s any sort of official list; you just add your starting weight and update as you see fit. This thread is just a fun way to be accountable and help you reach your goals (by attaching a measurable timeframe).

    More of my own two cents: please don’t make your posts ridiculously long and keep adding more and more without deleting old notes. Makes it a little annoying to scroll thru when trying to find your own posts. Easiest way to update each week: find your previous post and quote it, then scroll down to edit. Make sure you delete the quote html tags at the beginning and end.

    Note: I’m not a moderator or associated with whoever starts these challenges. I just participated in the Fall 2019 one for the first time and found it hugely motivating for me. Lost 14.5 lb during the challenge so far and looking forward to my final weigh in on Dec 30th. These are just my personal opinions. Good luck! ;D
