I had my final weigh in for work competition yesterday and came in second place. It was a very close finish 5.6% to 5.7%. I wish I would have drank more water LOL! Oh well, I'm proud of my 5.7% loss.

Going to the movies is my "treat", so I do get the popcorn and sometimes a coke icee . . . I know its a lot of calories, but again - its my treat. But the small popcorn without butter isn't all that bad.

Have you tried the low sugar oatmeal? It's really good. Another quick item I do on some mornings is a turkey sausage patti on bread or in a tortilla. I'm diabetic so I have to watch my sugar intake so I only drink zero calorie beverages (other than 1% milk). If I'm limited in carbs/sugar I don't want to waste it on a…
