I have a health-o-meter that I got at walmart for just under 40 bucks. It also shows body fat, hydration level, bone mass, and keeps track of how much weight I've lost! it's awesome and worth the money!

My prob is I am so busy that I don't eat all day then I eat like I did tonight. That salad filled $e up so much that I can't imagine eating another bite! I would LOVE to be off the stuff! I was put on it several years ago when I quit drinking.... Severe insomnia came with being sober LOL! I'm looking into more natural things to help with this. THEN, maybe I can quit taking it all together!
